Preserved Flowers FAQ

Are these roses fresh?

All our roses are naturally Preserved roses. Preserved roses are fresh roses that have been preserved with the help of advanced science and technology. When the roses are preserved complementary pigment is added, while maintaining their fresh look and soft petals.

How are preserved roses different from real roses?

A preserved rose is different from a fresh rose in many aspects, for example, preserved roses can last for years without water or sunlight, however they are grown in exactly the same way.

Colour pigmentation is also added to the roses to give them a unique and different look but the nature of the rose maintains the same.

How long do these roses last?

In our completely exposed products like roses in a gift box can last up to 3 years simply because they are completely vulnerable to the elements and air can access them.

In our semi-exposed products like roses in dome where the lid can be removed can last up to 10 years because they are less vulnerable to the effects of the elements.

Although all of these are recommendations, the true life of the rose will be determined through proper aftercare provided.

How do I care for my rose?

In general, preserved roses are very easy to care for and with very little attention which is why it makes the perfect gift that will last for years to come. But there is a guideline to make sure the rose does not fade or wilt before their time.

Preserved roses are for indoor use only and should be stored or displayed in a room with temperature below 25 Degrees and above 10 degrees.

The Roses must be kept at the same temperature with no sudden changes to the heat or humidity as this can cause the condition of the rose to deteriorate rapidly.

Avoid areas of very high humidity. Do not clean preserved flowers with water or liquid cleaning products. A regular light dusting with a soft makeup brush or blow with cold air from a hairdryer from a distance.

Do not place in direct sunlight or expose to heat.

Preserved Products have no guarantees as to their longevity. They are at their base classed as natural perishable Items.
